In this case, we address whether it is proper for a trial court sustaining a special appearance (1) to order that the plaintiffs take nothing, and (2) to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice to refiling in Texas. We conclude that neither of these dispositions is proper, and we modify the trial courts order to delete this language. As so modified, we affirm the trial courts order sustaining the special appearance.
